teddy bear stealer

St. John's castle was an awesome adventure and we had a lot of fun exploring. Almost all of it was open, so of course we went through as much as we could. After we had had enough, we caught the bus back to campus and I made some awesome Mac n Cheese (from scratch!). Tees and I watched movies and braided hair, because we're cool like that. I was lucky enough to get a double bed here, and so she stayed the night with me. We've learned that sleepovers are a very American thing.

 check. out. that. braid.

I woke up at about 4am and I couldn't find Fluffy (my teddy bear). Groggily, I reached my hand over the edge of the bed and felt around for him but I couldn't find him. So then, I reached behind me and found nothing but the mattress. Naturally, I was worried. I sat up in bed, and looked around. Theresa had him smashed in this bear hug (pun intended), pinned between her and the wall. What the heck, right? She has her own bear; his name is Angus. Angus was also a part of this bear hugging that was going on. I didn't know whether to take Fluffy back and wake her up or just leave him. I figured I shouldn't wake her up so I laid back down. About 4 seconds later, I was ambushed by my own teddy bear, right in the face. Apparently, she had woken up, realized she stole my bear, panicked and tried to give him back.

Not to worry, we both slept soundly after that. We spent all of Sunday in bed, watching movies in our pajamas. It wasn't until about 5pm that we decided that we should get up and do some homework. Sundays were meant for rest, right?
